Oversee the emergency preparedness activities for 12 hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. Responsible for policy creation, exercise development, and emergency operations planning.

REGIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY PLANNER
Established collaboration among public health planners across the St. Louis Metropolitan area to address the needs of public health emergency preparedness. Oversaw medical countermeasure planning and response for six counties, and the City of St. Louis, serving a population of approximately 2.1 million. Responsible for planning regional exercises and conducting program evaluations.

GIS ANALYST
Developed and implemented complex GIS applications for system users and operators. Administered GIS server and workstations by installing and troubleshooting system software and administer system access and security. Coordinated with end-users, developers, contractors, and other customers regarding GIS. Responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of GIS data.
